Toronto Cow Save is group of citizens who are concerned about the hidden violence taking place in a Toronto slaughterhouse. We hold peaceful vigils at the slaughterhouse, in the Stockyards District, to bear witness to the terrified cows and lambs who are forced into the place of violence and to bring public awareness to their suffering. If you're familiar with the St. Clair Avenue at Keele Street area in Toronto, often dubbed as "the Stockyards District," you may have observed a frequent influx of transport trucks passing through with open slats on their sides.

Have you wondered what you might see inside those transport trucks?

As you approach these trucks, you'll encounter numerous pairs of fearful eyes staring back at you. Within these confines are mothers, sons, daughters, and friends – sentient beings with the capacity to suffer just like us. They are intentionally concealed victims en route to what can be described as one of the most violent places on Earth: the slaughterhouse.
